This frontier style knife is forged from 1084 and features full tang construction. The blade measures 5 1/2” with a 5” handle for an overall length of 10 1/2” . The handle is maple burl pinned with 3 copper pins. The sheath is vegetable tanned leather cased in deer rawhide that I harvested and processed myself. It is embellished with antique venetian glass trade beads from the 19th century. This set was made to look, feel, and perform like it is being used by Hugh Glass or Kit Carson!
