This chef's knife is 10 3/4" overall with a 6 1/2" blade forged from 1084 carbon steel.  The mapel burl scales are held to the tang with copper pins. Made to handle the heavy duty kitchen tasks.  Includes a hand stitched vegetable tanned sheath for safe storage.
